- When the user presses the + button I would rather see the property selection dialog
 with annotation properties instead of inserting a new line and having to type in the property.
   In fact you could have "add", "remove" and also "create" buttons.

- When I create a new set of annotations, I'd prefer to have some kind of popup dialog 
to prompt me for a name (rather than typing directly into the combo box), and then having
 an empty set of annotaions.
