OWL Ontology Reuse and Extension for the Cellular Biology Domain
Slides available on this page are always the most up-to-date versions given at the most recent Advanced Bio Ontology Tutorial, and therefore may contain slight differences from the material that was presented at earlier events. We hope that the most recent slides will always be of more use to the community, therefore older versions are not retained.
The course is currently under development and therefore the materials are not as self-supporting as other tutorials we provide. We would appreciate any feedback you may have about the content.
For non cellular biologists, its probably worth reading the EBI's Introduction to Biology first.
